I have managed my investment property through Noel Macfarlane RE since i purchased it in 1998. In that time they have been wonderful. I am now selling the property with NMRE and again they are very responsive and getting me the price I wanted.

How can we not be happy! Lachlan and Jacob sold our house in just one week with an amazing sold price as a result. We were able to achieve well and truely over our asking price and I feel this was from how McFarlane real estate advertise, sell, also their client base and their location and how they conduct themselves professionally. I really felt like Lachlan and Jacob gave us the reins in selling our own house. There was no pushing, pressure or stress when accepting an offer, making times for open houses or going through the exchange part.
