I have always had positive dealings with McFarlane Real Estate as a tenant of one of there rental properties Claudia Patten there property manager is always prompt with her responses to any issues with maintenance issues or general enquiries Claudia always keeps you updated with the progress of your enquiry and the out come. It’s appreciated to feel valued as a tenant and Claudia really listens and does a wonderful job.

Moving interstate from Tassie I had specific list of requirements for the house I wanted. Small, suited to a single occupant, must  have a large garage /shed for transfer of my workshop and must meet my budget (I found house prices are significantly higher than an equivalent house in Hobart) McFarlane Real Estate found exactly what I wanted.

I cannot speak highly enough about the way my purchase was handled by McFarlane Real estate or more specifically their agent Amy Houston. Amy Has the twin attributes of being thoroughly professional and the ability to deal with the people on both sides of a sale in a manner making it feel like you were dealing with a `mate in the business`.

Being new in the state and unfamiliar with the system Amy was an enormous help during the negotiations and in issues that I am sure are not in her job description. Truly, a pleasure to deal with.

We have just recently looked through a property with Lachlan. His knowledge of the local area and past sales was outstanding. Lachlan was responsive around the clock whenever we had any questions. We would highly recommend Lachlan and the team to prospective buyers and sellers!

We only recently started dealing with Jane as we worked with her as we terminated our lease early. She was very prompt in her replies and resolved issues quickly we were concerned about. She went above and beyond in terms of the final inspection and ensuring we knew everything to have the house ready and revive our full bond back.
