With 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Alarna is an all-rounder when it comes to property management. As one of McFarlane Real Estate's Residential Property Manager, she brings a thorough, responsive, and empathetic approach to her work, always striving to make every client experience positive and memorable. Her focus on clear communication, setting expectations, and educating clients on legislation ensures the best outcomes for her landlords and tenants alike. 

Alarna loves solving problems and building trust with her clients, and she takes pride in the strong relationships she forms. A highlight of her time at McFarlane has been the overwhelming positive feedback from her clients, which remind her of the difference she makes in their lives. 

Outside of work, Alarna enjoys spending time with her partner and children, cheering them on at sports, gardening, or soaking up the sun at the beach. She’s also a talented soccer player and an excellent cook—just don’t get her started on how fussy she is about her lawn!
