I have always had positive dealings with McFarlane Real Estate as a tenant of one of there rental properties Claudia Patten there property manager is always prompt with her responses to any issues with maintenance issues or general enquiries Claudia always keeps you updated with the progress of your enquiry and the out come. It’s appreciated to feel valued as a tenant and Claudia really listens and does a wonderful job.

Moving interstate from Tassie I had specific list of requirements for the house I wanted. Small, suited to a single occupant, must  have a large garage /shed for transfer of my workshop and must meet my budget (I found house prices are significantly higher than an equivalent house in Hobart) McFarlane Real Estate found exactly what I wanted.

I cannot speak highly enough about the way my purchase was handled by McFarlane Real estate or more specifically their agent Amy Houston. Amy Has the twin attributes of being thoroughly professional and the ability to deal with the people on both sides of a sale in a manner making it feel like you were dealing with a `mate in the business`.

Being new in the state and unfamiliar with the system Amy was an enormous help during the negotiations and in issues that I am sure are not in her job description. Truly, a pleasure to deal with.

When we first decided to sell our home, we were planning to speak with a few different agencies. But after meeting with Jacob just once about selling, we knew he was the right person for us. From the very start, we were met with honesty and kindness. He didn’t just give us the usual sales pitch, he took the time to truly understand what we were wanting to achieve, and we could tell he had our best interests at heart.

Jacob got our house listed quickly, and within just one week, we had it sold, above the advertised price with multiple offers! We only had one open house through the week, another over the weekend, and that was all it took.
