I have been a tenant with McFarlane Real Estate Cardiff for the last 2 and a half years and I would have to say that they have been the best real estate I have ever dealt with always straight on to the job if something needs fixing and always looking out for you and your family first

We were fortunate enough to have Ashleigh as our property manager while renting. Ashleigh has a very kind personality and was able to be flexible on both ends of tenancy always getting back to us as soon as possible if we had any questions or concerns.

Jane Shaw would have to be the best agent I've come across! Honest, down to earth and is great with communication. Never feels like you're just talking with another stranger, it feels like you're talking with a good friend. Highly recommend!

Selling your home, your castle, is not an easy thing. It hurts, it really bloody hurts. For two reasons:

Firstly, you're leaving a house full of memories and experiences. Great and not so great. C’mon, are you telling me you're living an issue free life in your household?!?!?! Pffft.

And secondly, the absolute belly laughs you get and bottom speak that happens. It's just real - like selling your home.

If I could give a 10 star rating for noel McFarlane I would in a heart beat! Everyone there is so lovely especially Jane Shaw! Jane knew how much I love living in the house I'm renting now, and when the house was being sold I was so worried but Jane purposely looked for investors and turns out a lovely young investor couple brought my house! They are such wonderful people and Jane was very supportive and there for me all the way. She really cares about all us tenants, I would honestly say that noel McFarlane is the best real estate agency!

I can’t recommend Alex Cockburn enough! She made our decision and process to sell a breeze. There was no pressure and we felt like we were in good hands the whole time.
