When we first decided to sell our home, we were planning to speak with a few different agencies. But after meeting with Jacob just once about selling, we knew he was the right person for us. From the very start, we were met with honesty and kindness. He didn’t just give us the usual sales pitch, he took the time to truly understand what we were wanting to achieve, and we could tell he had our best interests at heart.

Jacob got our house listed quickly, and within just one week, we had it sold, above the advertised price with multiple offers! We only had one open house through the week, another over the weekend, and that was all it took. His guidance through the whole selling process felt so supportive, and we felt completely confident every step of the way in our decision to sell with him. He went above and beyond, answering all our questions and making sure we felt comfortable with every decision. On top of selling our home, Jacob also helped answer and offer guidance on the purchase of our new home, which was not his responsibility.

How can we not be happy! Lachlan and Jacob sold our house in just one week with an amazing sold price as a result. We were able to achieve well and truely over our asking price and I feel this was from how McFarlane real estate advertise, sell, also their client base and their location and how they conduct themselves professionally. There was no pushing, pressure or stress when accepting an offer, making times for open houses or going through the exchange part. We can’t praise this agency highly enough with the recent sale of our house. We sold off market in the first viewing to a buyers agent that Jacob has worked with previously. His guide price initially blew us away and to be honest we really wondered if we would achieve it. True to his word the offer we accepted was very close to his guide and we were over the moon. The professionalism, genuinely honest approach was so refreshing given other agents we have dealt with in the past. Not once did we feel pressured to make a decision, everything was at a pace we were comfortable with. His marketing costs were also far more realistic and totally transparent than other agents and the quality of the photography was nothing short of outstanding.
