Moving interstate from Tassie I had specific list of requirements for the house I wanted. Small, suited to a single occupant, must  have a large garage /shed for transfer of my workshop and must meet my budget (I found house prices are significantly higher than an equivalent house in Hobart) McFarlane Real Estate found exactly what I wanted.

Amy Has the twin attributes of being thoroughly professional and the ability to deal with the people on both sides of a sale in a manner making it feel like you were dealing with a `mate in the business`.

Being new in the state and unfamiliar with the system Amy was an enormous help during the negotiations and in issues that I am sure are not in her job description. Truly, a pleasure to deal with.

What a fantastic experience my recent house purchase was, from the first inspection through to settlement the entire team have been fantastic, so much so that I’ve also arranged for the ongoing management of the investment property to be through them too.
