We recently sold our much loved investment property with McFarlane Real estate. We had been thinking about it for a while, but hadn't really decided on going ahead just yet.
Out of the blue one day I received a phone call from Lachlan at McFarlane, as I was existing in their database from previous enquiries I had made, and open houses attended. Lachlan asked if I had any real estate needs at this time. I advised him of our situation and we weren't ready yet, and of some concerns I had. Lachlan called me back a short while later with answers to all my questions , and solutions for my concerns, which put my mind at ease and I made an appointment with him and and another agent to discuss.
We signed them on the very next day.
Lachlan was polite, and courteous, with professionalism far beyond his years.
He is an asset to this business and I will certainly be calling for any real estate needs in future.
