Dana was very professional and was happy to wait till I was ready to put the house on the market. I was selling it on behalf of someone else. She never pressured me once. I’m sure the best possible price was obtained and would recommend her to everyone I know. It was a tricky situation and she did everything she could to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to achieve well and truely over our asking price and I feel this was from how McFarlane real estate advertise, sell, also their client base and their location and how they conduct themselves professionally. I really felt like Lachlan and Jacob gave us the reins in selling our own house. There was no pushing, pressure or stress when accepting an offer, making times for open houses or going through the exchange part. The property management team do a fantastic job looking after owners interests but always caring for tenants too. Tenant change over was handled seamlessly and professionally.
